FCA Canada, formerly Chrysler Canada Incorporated, is a wholly owned subsidiary of FCA US LLC, a North American automaker based in Auburn Hills, Michigan and member of the Fiat Chrysler Automotibles N.V. (FCA) family of companies. FCA Canada has approximately 440 dealers and sells Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT and Alfa Romeo brands, as well as the SRT performance designation. The company also distributes Mopar and Alfa Romeo parts and accessories. In addition to its assembly facilities, which produce the Chrysler Pacifica, Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and Dodge Grand Caravan (Windsor), Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger (Brampton), FCA Canada operates an aluminum casting plant in Etobicoke, a research and development centre in Windsor, and has sales offices and parts distribution centres throughout the country. FCA Canada employs 11,874 (2017).
FCA Canada sold 267,052 vehicles in 2017. The Ram 1500 was the second highest selling vehicle in Canada for 2017.

History
FCA Canada was established as Chrysler Canada in June 1925, with 181 employees. 4,500 vehicles were produced in the first year.
It was incorporated June 17, 1925, as successor to Maxwell-Chalmers Motor Company of Canada, after gaining complete control of a Maxwell-Chalmers plant in Windsor, Ontario. Initially called Chrysler Canada, Ltd, the name of the company changed to DaimlerChrysler Canada Inc. following the merger of the two parent companies in 1998. In August 2007, the company was renamed Chrysler Canada Incorporated when Cerberus Capital Management purchased 80.1% of its parent company Chrysler LLC. In 2015, Chrysler Canada Inc. became FCA Canada Inc., after Chrysler LLC reached an agreement to establish a global strategic alliance with Fiat SpA back in 2009.
Historically, Chrysler Canada sold vehicles under the Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, DeSoto, Valiant, and Imperial marques. Presently there are six marques: Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler, FIAT and Alfa Romeo.
